SDC mandates

This website contains information on service contracts which are scheduled or have already been awarded to external contractors.

The scheduled mandates which appear on this website do not constitute a binding offer on the part of the SDC. If you are interested in a particular project which appears on this website, please use the E-mail function to send us a brief statement (maximum 1,000 characters) confirming your interest and detailing your professional qualifications. We cannot guarantee an examination of or response to your E-mail, nor can we guarantee the award of a mandate.
The SDC shall not be held liable for the accuracy and completeness of the information published on this website and any recourse to a court of law is excluded. Moreover, the E-mail function must be used solely for the purpose mentioned above.

All interested parties recognise and expressly accept that, should their tender be accepted, their name and address will appear in the "Awarded mandates" section for a period of 30 days. Accessing the sections "Scheduled mandates" and "Awarded mandates" as well as the use of the E-mail function shall be deemed as consent to and an acceptance of the above conditions.

Scheduled mandates
All scheduled mandates with a value of between CHF 20,000 and CHF 150,000 are published in this section for a maximum period of seven days.

All awarded mandates are published in this section for a period of 30 days. The name of the successful tenderer is given in the column labelled "Contractor".
