Section Analysis and Policy

The Section Analysis and Policy supports the SDC Directorate in the formulation of a unified overall strategy that spans development, transition, and humanitarian-aid policies, as well as aspects of Swiss policy on EU enlargement. It analyzes the trends developing in these policy domains as reflected by the principal actors of international cooperation, in particular the Development assistance Committee (DAC) or the OECD. Furthermore, it is responsible for cooperation with Swiss research hubs and training institutions.
